Objective
Brand System Establishment : Define an annual style guide and print standards to ensure a consistent visual voice across for 40 pages of content.
Production Lifecycle Management: Build a tracking system to monitor real-time progress of all content streams (illustrations, photography, editorial copy) from assignment through final delivery.
On-Time Print Delivery: Execute both digital and print editions through final production, meeting the 20,000-copy press deadline without quality degradation.

Writers, editors, photographers, and illustrators operated on independent academic schedules, with varying skill levels, requiring centralized tracking to prevent cascading delays.
