BRONCO GUIDE - MAGAZINE

The Bronco Guide functioned as the primary editorial voice of Cal Poly Pomona’s student-life leadership and discourse. The challenge as a Senior Graphic Designer was not only designing pages but establishing a resilient brand and operational system.

I led the creative direction and systemic overhaul of the publication, establishing the annual style and print guidelines to ensure a consistent visual voice across all platforms. Recognizing that design success is rooted in organization, I engineered a comprehensive tracking system to manage the entire lifecycle of the magazine, monitoring the progress of illustrations, photography, and story development between writers and editors. I also oversaw the technical setup and execution of both digital and print editions into final production.

The result is a 40-page magazine meeting a 20,000-copy deadline that educated on student life, set the tone of culture and re-enforced the values of Cal Poly Pomona.
